Content repurposing

Your archive is a distribution asset. We turn it into one.

Most experts are sitting on hours of recorded material doing nothing. ASTRO mines that archive, extracts every usable hook and distributes it across an owned network of accounts, every day, on every major short-form platform.

The problem is extraction, not production

You do not have a content problem. You have an extraction problem. A single 90-minute recording usually holds 25 to 50 self-contained moments worth publishing: stories, data, strong opinions and complete explanations.

We start by mining what already exists before asking you to record anything new.

The repurposing pipeline

  • Transcription and hook mapping across the archive
  • Selection ranked by retention potential
  • Retention-first editing with captions and covers
  • Per-platform adaptation for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
  • Distribution across dedicated accounts
  • Re-editing and redistribution of proven winners

Concentrated recording, daily output

Instead of recording every day, you record in blocks. Two to four well-briefed hours a month can feed weeks of distribution. You give time in batches, the operation gives presence daily.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What counts as raw material?+

Lives, webinars, lessons, podcasts, keynotes, interviews, client calls you have rights to, and any long-form video already recorded.

How much content do I need to start?+

A few hours of long-form footage is usually enough to fill the first weeks. After that we run monthly concentrated recording blocks.

Do you handle strategy or only production?+

Both. Strategy, editorial line and calendar come first; production and distribution execute against them.
